For Customers

Mobile Application

The first part of the app is a free mobile application that customers can download from the App Store or Google Play.

The app starts with a simple registration process, where users create an account by providing basic details. Then, they can choose the type of equipment they want to browse. There are three main categories: ski/snowboard, e-bikes, and water equipment.

The app doesn’t limit users to filtering only by the main category and location. They can also filter by the specific equipment model they want to rent. After selecting a category, users see a map showing the available rentals in their area or in the location they searched for. The booking date is another key filter that determines if the equipment is available.

In the search results, users see the rentals that meet their criteria. They can choose a specific rental, and the app will direct them to the details of the equipment they selected. If they don’t choose a specific model, they are directed to the general product listing at that rental.

Once the user is happy with the equipment, they simply add it to the cart and complete their order. Payment can be made by card directly in the app or in cash when the customer picks up the order.
